《Online mathematics class teacher for second year of kindergarten, elementary students》

Online class subject: Tamaishiki at home M.R.C. *Subject to be expanded in the future.

Supplying online classes through Zoom, an online-based meeting platform. You will work in a fully-equipped office and all necessary materials are also provided. During training, you will also start as a supporting staff to learn more about the course and general flow of the class.

【Example of Training Content】

・ Understand the material and the class flow.

・ Conducting a trial online class using equipment such as an electronic blackboard.

・ Supporting online classes as a trainee.

You will learn how to teach by supporting a class as a trainee.

In about three months, you will run a class independently.

You can apply for this position even with no teaching experience, since our experienced teachers will be here to teach you with good care.

Our staff includes students and part-time workers in their 20s or 30s.

We are friendly and good at communication among colleagues.

Our main role revolves around supporting students at tutoring and elementary schools nationwide that have adopted Tamaishiki's educational materials.

We manage inquiries received by email or phone calls that are not too complex to deal with. Through this, you will be able to hone your communication skills and further your experience in business.

We always want each of our staff to have as many experiences as possible to help them grow as individuals. For this reason, we encourage our staff to challenge themselves with a variety of tasks, and not just desk work. This includes making the company a better place and accompanying our CEO to to her educational lectures.

Creator team

《3D animation creator for educational materials》

We create educational animation with plots and problem images. We work on the animation with our own ideas to make it easy for beginners to understand. So, it is very important to not only understand the content, but also to be able to convery information to others.

We use the video editing software, Adobe AfterEffects and Maya for rendering 3D animation of shapes and characters. It's a very rewarding work since we deal with animations that will influence the children who will carry the future!

We create educational materials while we improve our skills. It's very rewarding that the materials will be seen by many children in Japan and overseas.

We work in the latest models of the iMac Pro and Windows computer.

Overseas business

《Global director for world market》

・ Overseas Sales, business development (Visiting schools and universities to introduce our educational materials, developing new clients through making proposal documents and giving presentations, supporting the existing clients.).

・ Giving instructions to the staff in India, managing tasks through email/chat/video meetings from Japan.

・ Translating educational materials (Japanese to English).

・ Attending for the guests from overseas.

The current business trip is mostly to India and will be to more destinations such as South Asia (Singapore, Myanmar, Thai, Vietnam), Canada, USA, Estonia.

We will attend the educational conference, GESS in Dubai in November 2022.
