How to start a course
Application
Please fill out the form here to apply for the first time or course continuance. Please note that we do not accept applications by phone neither e-mail. The following application period applies for "Tamaishiki at Home" or "Tamaishiki at Home Ee Soroban" for starting in the desired month.
[Application Period]
From noon on the 25th day of the two month before to the 25th of one month before to the desired month.
e.g. If you wish to start the course in October, you must send us an application between August 25, noon to September 25.
Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email after you have submitted your application.
＊ Please make sure that you can receive e-mails from "ouchi@tamaishiki.com" and "info@tamaishiki.com".
Payment
Please make a payment in the amount of the plan you have applied for.
＊ Please make the payment within 3 days of the completion of your application.
＊ If the payment is not confirmed within 3 days of the completion, the application will be cancelled automatically.
Delivery
After confirming your payment, we will send you the course materials and your ID for video viewing. Delivery will be made between the end of a month before the desired month and the 3rd day of the desired month.
＊ If you do not receive your course materials after the 3rd day of your desired month, please let us know and we will assist you promptly.

＊1 If you choose "as soon as possible", you can start lessons in the middle of the month. However, in some cases, one-on-one lessons with a foreign teacher in the first month may not be 1:1, but rather with multiple students.
Notes on the application process for 4th graders
The "Tamaishiki at home M.R.C." is a course designed for students from the first to the fourth grades.
Some limitations apply to the 4th graders.
[New membership] It must be applied by January 25 and the course will be ended in the end of March.
[Continuing membership] Please apply for the plan that will end in the end of March.
e.g. If you apply a course, duration 6 months before September 25 or a course, duration 3 months before December 25 will ends in the end of March.

Conditions and the System Requirements
- "Tamaishiki at home M.R.C." and "Ee Soroban" are cloud-based learning materials for home use that include both video and text materials. Please note that we do not sell video or text individually.
- There are no fees (including enrollment fee) other than the course fee.
- The course fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that bank transfer fee will be charged separately.
- Cancellations or refunds won't be accepted once the video materials ID has been issued.
- You will need a PC, tablet, or smartphone with Internet connection to access the course materials. Please see the following system requirements.

- The user is responsible for the communication costs and provider fees for Internet connection.
- If this is your first time to apply for the "Tamaishiki at home M.R.C.", you can only take the course for two months.
- Continuation of the course is by application only.
- Please make sure to complete the application form by the 25th of the month prior to the date you wish to take the course.
- Depending on the date of your payment, you may not receive your course materials until the beginning of the admission month.
- You can choose from a 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plans to continue your study.
- The current school year ends in March for each grade, and the new school year begins in April.
