Tamaishiki is a well-recognized institution in various tutoring schools and academies nationwide. Likewise, the company is also famous abroad, especially in India, where we implemented the first educational materials company. Tamaishiki has also started operating its own private school in collaboration with major tutoring schools around Japan. The company continues to take on challenges with the aim of fostering students to play an active role in becoming global leaders.

Tamaishiki learning materials are not ordinary learning tools. It includes animations about family love, combined with AI and AR technologies that are certain to develop the imagination and comprehension skills of children.

for elementary
mathematics

I mainly focus on providing high-quality classes for students. When children say "Yes, I got it! It's so fun to learn!", I am more motivated to make online classes enjoyable.

I am in charge of the mathematics online classes for elementary students. As a facilitator, I try to make the classes enjoyable for myself and maximize the rhythm of an online class.
I try to wait for the children's answers instead of spoon-feeding them the information they need. I also give and sustain a high level of energy throughout the class, and praise each of the students well when they answer, so that the joyous vibe is passed onto the children, albeit being online.
We will understand if you might feel uneasy at first because of the lack of experience. Some of us started working with no teaching experience as well and they are now popular teachers among the students. Our practiced instructors will support you until you can work more confidently in the classroom.

《Online mathematics class teacher for second year of kindergarten, elementary students》

Online class subject: Tamaishiki at home M.R.C. *Subject to be expanded in the future.

Supplying online classes through Zoom, an online-based meeting platform. You will work in a fully-equipped office and all necessary materials are also provided. During training, you will also start as a supporting staff to learn more about the course and general flow of the class.

【Example of Training Content】

・ Understand the material and the class flow.

・ Conducting a trial online class using equipment such as an electronic blackboard.

・ Supporting online classes as a trainee.

You will learn how to teach by supporting a class as a trainee.

In about three months, you will run a class independently.

You can apply for this position even with no teaching experience, since our experienced teachers will be here to teach you with good care.

Our main role revolves around supporting students at tutoring and elementary schools nationwide that have adopted Tamaishiki's educational materials.

We manage inquiries received by email or phone calls that are not too complex to deal with. Through this, you will be able to hone your communication skills and further your experience in business.

We always want each of our staff to have as many experiences as possible to help them grow as individuals. For this reason, we encourage our staff to challenge themselves with a variety of tasks, and not just desk work. This includes making the company a better place and accompanying our CEO to to her educational lectures.

However, in Tamaishiki, I would like to tell everyone that this is not true.
　We start working on a project with a specific order from our CEO. For example, we receive the dialogues for the characters and rough scripts and sketches in the process of making an educational video. Before making the animation, we also receive information about the character first such as their age and personality. Through these gathered sources, we create the image of the final characters, and thus apply them in our animated stories with colors, layouts, timings, time-frame, and many more. As animators, we get to have the freedom of making the character's expressions, clothes and poses.
　To have the freedom to create our own characters and animations is based on the company's trust in the creator and his team. You can learn many things here everyday and above all, can also satisfy your desire to unleash your artistic skils and ideas.

《3D animation creator for educational materials》
We create educational animation with plots and problem images. We work on the animation with our own ideas to make it easy for beginners to understand. So, it is very important to not only understand the content, but also to be able to convery information to others.

We use the video editing software, Adobe AfterEffects and Maya for rendering 3D animation of shapes and characters. It's a very rewarding work since we deal with animations that will influence the children who will carry the future!
